The hand Act III

 Some holy angel
Fly to the court of England and unfold
His message ere he come, that a swift blessing
May soon return to this our suffering country
Under a hand accursed!
Act III, Scene VI- Lennox

Summary: Lennox is saying to Lord, go to england and give the message that he can come home, and that he has gotten to have the chance to come home to his suffering country.

Comment: In this line, "Hand" most nearly means under the person is under someone else who has been accused. And i think hand means blame.
