Fire & Ice
What I like most about the poem "Fire & Ice" is how it talks about how the world will end. It's a little bit depressing through the 30 seconds the poem lasts but it speaks to me. It makes me wonder, will the world end in fire? Or in ice? This poem is good and worth reading if you have 5 seconds to read a poem in your free time.

Trees
TreesBy Joyce Kilmer
(For Mrs. Henry Mills Alden)
I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.
A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
Against the earth’s sweet flowing breast; - This is my second favorite line because i like how joyce made it
seem as if the trees trunk was a mouth up against the earths A tree that looks at God all day, breast.
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;
A tree that may in Summer wear
A nest of robins in her hair;
Upon whose bosom snow has lain; - This line just makes me chuckle when i read it along with another one
Who intimately lives with rain. earlier in the poem.
Poems are made by fools like me, - This is my absolute favorite line. the early parts of this poem could be
But only God can make a tree. written by a kid but the part, just makes the poem great
I like this poem because i have had the opportunity of using it in the past. But what i really like the poem, and the reason i picked it the first time i used it is because it talks about one of the earths most important qualities... "Trees". When i read this poem i feel all warm and excited on the inside. Without trees we may not be able to breath, and because i love life, i love trees. I also enjoy using it because when i recite it, it is very easy to remember.
